Design vehicle parts, take them to our own rig, and break them until they hold.
Mothium builds professional electric vehicles for urban logistics and the agents that run them. Synapse ships with every vehicle and today it runs maintenance, aftersales, routing and cost across real customer fleets. It is not a demo. It is operating.
A vehicle certified to EN 17860 that lives seven years on the street sets the brief for you. Kerbs, ramps, loading bays, a driver in a hurry and a load that is never where the drawing said it would be. Design for a clean load case and the part comes back to you from the field.
You will design chassis, steering, transmission and body parts, and you will be the one who takes them to our test rig. You draw it, we build it, we break it, and within weeks you know why it failed.
The hard part is not the CAD. It is holding three constraints at once: a part that passes the standard, a part a supplier can make in short series, and a part a workshop can replace without dismantling half the vehicle. Someone has to arbitrate between them. That is you.
Our vehicles report their operation back through Synapse, so you get real loads, real duty cycles and real failures from fleets working every day. You design against what the fleet actually did last month. And because we sit on CEN/TC 333 and UNE, a criterion you argue for can end up in the standard the sector uses.
